| Filming for the Project |
Today we had a speaker who was from Cherry Street Mission. It was all thing s i had heard before. But tied in with what our teachers have been saying gives it all a new meaning or point of view. But when I went on the trip or mission trip for church for a week we also went over the idea of going up a level in the work and how it is also for our benefit. But when we were making or working on the films for the project, we interviewed some students and teachers. What we found out was that a lot of students didn’t know what service learning was but they knew how the things in service learning worked. They just didn’t connect the two. But I think it is the same for majority of the student body.
